The hotel is located in a beautiful old hacienda, surrounded by lovely gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. the dining room and lounge are comfortable and inviting. the staff, although they don't speak English fluently, go above and beyond to assist guests, even arranging a reliable taxi service for airport transfers and day trips to nearby attractions like the coffee estate and Cocora Valley. the breakfast offers a delightful selection of fresh fruits and locally-sourced coffee.
The restaurant seems to be the only downside of the hotel, with disappointing food quality and high prices.

Beautiful setting with charming gardens and swimming pool. the breakfast was good, with delicious fresh fruits and coffee. the hotel is located in a nice area and the staff were helpful.
The restaurant was a huge disappointment. the cook needs to improve his skills as the food was terrible, particularly the fish and steak.

Great location with beautiful grounds and pool. The hotel has an old-world charm that adds to the overall experience. The staff, although they didn't speak English, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. They even organized a fantastic taxi driver, Walter, who took us on some amazing trips to explore the coffee estate and the stunning Cocora Valley and Salento.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather.
